What can't I bring?

Prohibited items include;

-       No Pets except service animals

-       No Glass (including water bottles)

-       No Full Water Bottles

-       No Alcohol or Illicit Drugs/substances

-       No Weapons (including pocketknives)

-       No unapproved professional photography equipment

-       No Gas Bottles/Propane/Fuel Sources

-       No Chairs (we'll provide them)

-       No Vehicles or Motorised items (except accessible mobility equipment)

What's to drink?

Our bar serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Please note: free drinking water is available, however we do not sell single use plastic water bottles.

What's to eat?

The Queenscliff Town Hall Bar has a small number of snacks (crisps etc) available for purchase. We would encourage you to check out the many fantastic dining options in and around Queenscliff for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner!

Where can I park?

There's ample on street parking near the Queenscliff Town Hall on Learmonth St and nearby streets.

Can I pay with cash?

No. Our Box Office and Bar only accept payments via card.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds or replacements given for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets under any circumstances.

Refunds are only available in line with Live Performance Australia's ticketing code of practice.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

Tickets will be available for purchase (card only) on the door, unless sold out prior. Door ticket prices are generally higher.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR IN THE VENUE?

The Queenscliff Town Hall strives to create a safe & inclusive space for everyone. If you experience antisocial behaviour in the venue please don’t hesitate to speak to a staff member or make contact with us.

WHY CAN’T A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ATTEND EVENTS?

Events are 18+ events however patrons under the age of 18 are allowed to attend the event provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and have purchased a ticket.

ARE SHOWS AT THE QUEENSCLIFF TOWN HALL SEATED OR STANDING?

Weather an event is seated or standing will be stated when purchasing tickets. It is anticipated that all events taking place in a COVID setting will be seated events.

WHAT ARE THE BOOKINGS FEES FOR TICKETING?

Booking fees are charged to cover bank fees and admin costs. Booking fees are NOT refundable.

Trybooking fees are 2.5% + 50c. Eg. a $50 ticket will be subject to an additional $1.75 of fees.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

The venue is a Non-Smoking venue which includes the footpath directly in front of the venue and all other surrounds. There are no designated smoking areas.

CAN I BRING RECORDING DEVICES LIKE AUDIO, TAPE, CAMERA OR FILM INTO THE TOWN HALL?

No, you cannot record an artist’s performance. You would require permission from the artist and the venue as per the Copyright Act, as the performance is “owned” by the artist. The authority to allow or not allow such recording devices on the night rests with the artists performing and not the venue.
